I'm 10 minutes from Franklin, PA. I'm gonna ask around and see whos bike that is. Franklin is trashh. The worst kind of rednecks. STUPID ONES!!

FRANKLIN IS A PLACE WHERE THE BANJO PLAYS...

if you drive across the franklin bridge when the creek is real low you can see old quad and bike frames that people must of stolen and stripped and disposed of the frames in the creek.

Its in Western PA and I'd have to agree with everyone else about the people in the Franklin Region. Alot of my relatives are from that area:(
