need help!

I am going to cut my fenders on my 400ex and i know what tools to use but how do i make it look profesional? I want them to be even. How did you guys do it?

Well sounds like you want your quad to look cool. Hack saw it. The dremal tool it.

Wow that quad is in some rough shape.

I used a hack saw blade and it came out looking great. The filed and sanded it to a nice smooth edge.

use jigsaw or hacksaw ya really cant go wrong...just measure them up on both sides so its even, and make lines with a sharpie so your on then cut....and just sand the edges then....

Use a WASHABLE marker and draw the lines..then use a dremel to cut them, and sand paper to smooth it off.;)
