If your dogbone clamp is a Roll, I will buy it for sure. Let me know. Also, if you have a decent swingarm skid for that, I will also take it.

How much for the frame? I have an LRD attitude that I would like to replace with a Roll Design frame.

If you buy the frame, you need the a-arms, steering stem, and swingarm also. They are all specific to the Roll Design Lobo chassis.

He is right plus it doesn't pay. By the time I seperate all that.

My R has all Roll design parts plaster all over it (a-arms/swing arm/steer steem)....Except for the frame which is the LRD attitude. That is why i'm looking for a Roll Design frame. It's probably not worth your while to seperate everything, so i understand if you're looking to sell the complete frame/suspension package.....

Those parts still won't work on a lobo chassis. Everything is built specific for that frame. You would also need the rear shock since this bike is a no link.

As they say....You learn something new everyday!....Thanks for the heads up, i'm looking for a frame so i want to make sure all my current Roll Design suspension will swap over. Any suggestion on what frame to go with? I've notice that after market R frames are becoming difficult to locate.
Thanks again!

You'd want any aftermarket frame that uses stock geometry - LSR, Laeger, Arens.

Just curious, why you don't want your frame? You have a nice Aluminum frame, the only difference between yours and something you'd replace it with is that the replacement would be made of chromoly.

Thanks for the info, I just purchased this R and could use all the FYI's you have to offer......I'm looking to sell the LRD frame because i consider myself an aggressive rider, i fear i may break the frame. I stopped by LED to show Arlen (from LRD/LED) the bike since it has his frame and engine, he suggested that if I'm the jumping type that i may consider going with a different frame (chromoly)....Jason from LED said my frame is the type you hang on the wall just to look at:)

Do you have any knowledge on these frame? Am i worrying for no reason? I would like to keep the frame it just seems like it would be better for the 100yrd runners.

your frame was a limited run set of aluminum frames, they are light and special run it till it breaks n then get er welded. i wouldn't mx it but just normal iding no problem.

woods racer any high quality welding shop or pressurevessel shop should beable to handle the wleding task easy.

Typically people weld chromoly with steel rod. It welds just like steel. We did it when we built my daughter's chromoly swingarm...

Just take it to a good welder, and tell him it is steel. It will weld just fine.
