a few problems

alright guys i got a few problems on my hands here.....i went to go ride my quad and its doings something crazy...for starters i got to fire it up and my elec. start button does nothing...neutral light won't even come on. I can cross circuit the solenoid and it will fire up but, white smoke boils from the exhaust. Next problem, at max rpms the quad just bogs, and continues to bog until i let off the throttle, it wont bog itself to death but just have a general bog at full throttle..... whats going on here guys????

Have you done anything to your quad since the last time you rode it? How did it run then? How long has it been sitting since you last rode it?

well it ran good for a while then all of a sudden it started messin up i thought it was trash but i cleaned the whole carb and it just seemed to get worse im all confused. i didnt do anything different to it.
