Lumpy Tires

Just got done installing tire balls and noticed my rears are a little bumpy/uneven in the treads (RAZR 20in rears). There is a couple pronounced raised spots in one tire (not concentric looking), so I'm wondering if they will work themselves out after riding and not cause weird vibrations. They should move around some during riding right?? All the balls were gradually inflated to 5.5 psi pressure. I heard that putting some air in the tire can take out some of the lumpiness, so I inflated to 3 psi. The tires were very hard to seat the bead on so they (tires) were moved a little when seating the bead. I really don't want to take all this apart again since its a real pain.

I run 5psi in my tire balls, and 0psi in the tire and they have lumps, but when your under throttle the tires swell a bit, and I never noticed any out of balance or anything out of the ordinary.
