i got the

cyclinder,piston and gaskets

400ex carb?

no they sell cyclinders on ebay and i wanna no what i need to buy

a 400ex carb will help along with a good aftermarket exhaust system.head porting will help it breathe better but its not a necessity:)

Let me know if you have to machine out the cases to make the cylinder fit. I have been wanting one of these kits but do not want to go through all that.

some kits require the cases to be massaged a bit,other will drop right in.if you want a kit go for it,dont let that deter you:)

Do you know which ones will drop right it? I just do not want to have to gut the cases.
