2003 Rincon serial Number ??

Can anyone tell me where the serial number is at on a 2003 Rincon:ermm:

Should be stamped on the frame under the gas tank or near there

If not,check behind the front bumper on the flat plate,the decal stating the year should be to the right sometime left on the lower front frame tube
