when i was riding my 440 yesterday at high speeds when i noticed my bike would kinda be jerking side 2 side and most of the time i would have 2 let off the gas to correct it!! It eas kinda i guess u would say it was walking to the left then 2 the right on its own. i have put new front bkae rotors steering stabilizer and new back tires and new tir rods and tie rod ends on both sides on it, and 1 of them things is making the steering kinda jerking side 2 side!! Could i have 2 much psi in the ew rear tires or maybe the stabilizer of what is it!!

check your swing arm bolt see if it snapped that happened to me two weeks ago and the only thing that stop it from falling out was the bake pedal spring......thats my 2 cents......good luck dude:devil:

its kinda hard to tell it seems 2 be comming from the back cuz it kinda feels like im fish tailing a lili bit!! I put new front brake rotors on a couple of days ago do u think its just the rotors wearing on the brake pads cuz when i put the master brake calipers back on it was a tight fit cuz i think that the aftermarket fotors were a lil bigger the the stock??

how are the bearings in your axle carrier? a lot of the time when they wear the axle will slop around inside the carrier....

i just had my whole rear end redone with new bearings and bearing holder a couple of months ago for that exact reason!!

What kind of terrain? Had you ridden here before with different results? My bike acts like that on gravel roads:eek2:

yeah i had rode there be4 and yeah i know what u mean by riding on gravel but it was a mix of some hard pack, mud and pavement, i stopped out at my bros house n he took it 4 a ride and he even mentioned it 2 me bout the shifting from side 2 side and i didnt even say anything bout it 2 him be4 he rode it thats how noticeable it is!!

If carrier bearings are fine then its the swingarm bearings

i think that i may have found the root cause, i just bought a pair of KENDA KLAW REAR 20x11x10 and when i kick the back tires the tires not the wheels jiggle like jello a lil bit!! LOL i know but i think that the tires might be a lil bit 2 big for my bike. The psi was at 7 when the guy i know put them on and i just recently put them down to 4 like ur suppose 2 but that made the side stepping alot worse so i bumped them back up to 5 1/2 and they r better but i just dont like the kendra tires!!

Only other thing i can think of is the typical honda disease with the hubs coming loose.

it's your toe-in and camber probably, the same thing happens to my quad. it feels like it is turning itself and i get bad bump steer.

I get it all the time on my machine. Im thinking its in the rear tires. I have holeshot xcr03s on ti and they just seem like a wobbly tire. Ive been wanting to try a tire with more plys and see how the quad reacts then

is it a typo or do you have ten inch rims? the heavier rims may be the cause or you could have a bent one, roll it on flat ground, cement if possible and see if something is moving at all. pay close attention to tires and axle, you may have a loose axle nut too. them things are a b**** to keep tight, mine comes loose all the time even when torqued properly. other than that i would think your toe is off or camber is off.

it could be one of your front brakes dragging.

did you align your front-end after you did your tie-rods and tie-rod ends? It sounds like you have too much toe out.
