what does new aftermarket complete system help the most. Top end,mid,or bottom end.

it all depends on the brand and type of pipe, not many are the same

Most of all they help the bottom end power...unless you get a tuneable one with discs plates like a white brothers,then you can adjust the pipe to make the power wherever you want it...
