headlight bulb

just want a stock bulb that i can get locally.

dealer want $12 for one.....anyone found another place cheaper

see if you can get one with a higher wattage. any bike shop should carry them

A light bulb is a light bulb. You should be able to take it to murrays or autozone or something and find a match.

you should but i looked at canadian tire and walmart and didnt see it. theyre not like a standard fog light or automotive headlight bulb. they look more like a blinker bulb of sorts

if you put a higher wattage bulb you risk melting the harness. my buddy did it on his harley

Depends how high you go. If its. 35 to s 50 you should be fine. Guys have done it with no problems. If your really worried do a bulb retrofit and then run it through a relay.
