question about header pipe

there is a used head pipe for sale on craigslist, its a chrome LRD header, i was wondering if i bought a slip on exhuast system, would it fit the head pipe and be the same as a full system?

Sometimes yes some aftermarket head pipes are a bit smaller than others. but with a good clamp it should fit.
