300ex header

i just bought a hmf slip-on and i was wondering if i could put a aftermarket head pipe on it i am told that a white brothers will fit on it but i cant find one any where if anyone knows were i could get one that would be great thanks.

maybe an fmf headpipe will work ,, white brothers been out of business for awhile,, good luck finding new parts from them.

ya i know hmf does but you have to have it converted and thats $225 i payed 55 for the slip on i just wanted something cheap that i could bolt on because the stock head pipe is very constricting

wow 200 is way too much im looking for any thing under 100 i dont care if its used but any thing is better than the stock one because it is so small and constricting i can get some cheap ones like dg and an old super trap head pipe but i dont no if that combo will work with the hmf pipe

ya ive searched high and low and havent found anything i need some one to chime in and tell me they will sell me one for next to nothing cause 200 is more than i payed for the slip on.

well the power IS made in the header and not the slipon..

yes. ur only soloution is to buy a used full system and use the headpipe. try google and type in craiglist then a box will come up and say search craigslist. type in 300ex partout

call yoshimura. they have a headpipe for a 300ex. its only 125$

a headpipe from a fmf megamax system works good too,its way bigger than stock.Or do what i did and make your own:)

ya if i still had my welder and pipe bender i would make an atempt at making my own do you have pictures of your head pipe and was it hard to make

wow thanks im going to watch that i will definatly buy it if it goes cheap enough i actualy just found one on here but its a dg 2 piece with springs and he wants 50 plus shipping the pro circuit will probably make more power to because its all one piece and its straight. thank you kdigginz!

trust me that pipe will not sell for anymore because its under trx300ex section. most people search the 300ex section and dont see the cool things for sale in the trx300ex section

yes go for the new pipe. i just won a header pipe for my 300ex also. i got it for 120 dollars shipped to ireland. so im pretty happy since they cost 120 without shipping.its a scorpion. it should make my 300 alot faster hopefully

thats true i usually only search under 300ex but that looks like a nice header i was also looking at a scorpion pipe but i hadent herd of anyone using them so i didnt buy it.

ya but will there be any power difference between the 2 pipes? or are all the pipes the same?

well there cant be that big of a difference unless you looked at it on a dino so there probly wont be any difference in the two power wise but the main reason for the aftermarket head pipe is because its is less constricting and it will build more power and the scorpion header has the things for the heat shield and i dont think the procircuit has them but i can put a 450r one on it
