need help carb flooding when not even running

I recently had the carb apart and when i put it back together bike wouldnt start and after time the carb will completly fill with gas and have gas dripping out of the throttle plates all the jets are in correctly just cant figure out what i did wrong any info would help

Float is stuck open, pull apart the carb and check the float valve

check your needle and seat for the float. have had the same problem before.
