ITP does the T9 Pro Series which is pretty much the simpliest rim you can get. They are very tough and quite affordable too!

Try Rocky Mountain. Front T-9 Pro Series sell for 53$ a piece. That's really cheap. :)

if i was u i would get itp, douglas is ok but they just take that much abuse.
