Installing a new clutch perch

I'm going to be doing this within the next couple of days and have never done it before. Are there any tips you guys can offer me to adjust it right? I'd hate to put in on and have it slip.

There are two adjustments, one on the bars and one on the engine,if you didn't know already. I adjust as much slack out of it on the engine side and fine tune on the bars. Too much is bad and too little is bad, get it just right:) Too much slack is better than too little.
