Just bought a new LT80. Took my kid on the trails last weekend. Exhaust governor still on. It ran ok the first day. The second day it would go for 4 minutes then die. Hard to start but got it running then go for 5 minute and die. He was at full throttle most of the time. I just took out the washer in the exhaust. What a difference in power but haven't run it long enuf to know if it helped problem. What might be the problem though? Not sure if it was loading up because of that governor. Could it be the petcock / vaccum thing? coil?
