well the tire is going to be an inch to big for the wheel.

isnt the second number on the tire the tallness of the beed cause like the razrs are,20x11x10,20x11x8,20x11x9,22x11x9, so im guessing the second number is the width cause the third looks to be too small

They will fit. The "10" in both numbers is the outside diameter of the wheel, and the inside diameter of the tire.

What wheel are you using that is 10x7?

it is an itp pro series front rim, its for a 700xx in the rear so i think it should work

20 x 11 x 10 means...

20" tall x 11" wide x 10" rim diameter

10 x y wheel means...

10" rim diameter x 7" wide.

Bottom line is it will fit, but it's probably not "recommended" due to the narrow 7" wide rim with a wide 11" tire... It will fit though. 10x7 is an uncommon size.
