quad has been sitting a while, i took the carb apart and cleaned the jets out with carb cleaner and took a tip cleaner to the small holes, rinsed out the whole carb with cleaner , installed new plug, first it ran decent then it started acting up in lower rpm's. stuttered and blubbered but cleans up well in mid to upper range. any suggestion's
