Denton Damper Stem Clamp Needed

Have a Denton Steering Damper I'm wanting to put on my 400ex.
Can't find the bracket that mounts to the steering stem.
Probably sold it in a box of parts with my old Predator.

Anyone have one laying around?

Stem on the 400ex is 1.125"
