Are you talking about the small cracked hoses on the bottem of the pic? Those are float bowl vents. There's a little hole they slide into under the fuel tank ontop of the gas spill plate to hold them out of the way. They look 1/4" on the outside, 1/8" on the inside, more then likely there the metric versions of those numbers. Worst case with those hoses being cracked is possibly getting dirt/water in the float bowl. Highly unlikely though. I noticed mine were cracked on my '05 the first month I had her, bought new... There still cracked and I've had no problems.

mine started cracking right after i got it in 05 but this is the first time i thought about replacing them.

Normal vaccume hose from any auto parts store should work. No fuel gets to those unless your bike is rubber side up. :)
