05 Stock Cam in an 07?

Ok man thanks! I was just wondering because my friend with an 05 is getting an Hrc cam for his. Plus im getting a tune up and the starter recall done at the same time. So he's gonna let me use his.

What is the 07 starter recall?

The 07 ER's starters fry. Honda will replace them for free. Im going to do it before I get stuck out in the sand pit because the quad wont start.

have you talked to your dealer about getting the recall done?

the recalls were supposed to be done by september of 08...not sure if it will still be covered for free...

Those starter clutches are junk the best way to go is the kicker kit. I and too many people I know have been stranded and lost races over the starter clutch, also if your running a recluse you can forget bump starting.

I'm not to worried about it. I keep the valves in check and keep my jetting spot on and it hasn't failed me yet. So this is just extra insurance.
