fixing seal leak

how do I replace this seal in the picture - I think its leaking tranny fluid. thanks!

Remove the bolts and pry the side cover off using the flat tabs to pry against. Flip over the cover and locate the allen bolt/washer and remove them. tap down on the outside of the shaft, and the bearing and shaft will slide out to the inside of the cover. Press the seal out, using a socket, from the inside of the cover to the outside. Clean the surfaces of any gunk and press the new seal into the cover. Be a little carefull apply to much force to the cover, because it is magnesium and can crack. I also put a light coating of RTV silcone on the outside of the seal to help it slide into the case easier.
