help with starting??

I just putn the spal fan and some led lights on my 400 bout a week ago and now im having trouble starting the bike!! I have the 10 led lights and the spal fan each on there own toggle switch and i just bought a new battery but it is still having trouble starting. i dont know if i should be running a bigger fuse or if i just need a new fuse and what is the fuse that i need?? and maybe its the starter or something else, please help

tell us more of whats going on, when trying to start does it crank over (meaning the starter is working) or does it just do nothing.

it turns over but it has a low power whine, as if it has low power!!

Did you wire in the products right I mean like not jumping wires or anything? sending your power from your bat to the frame instead of to were it needs to be.
