I read on sparks site that you should use new exhaust gaskets when you install but what are these gaskets, where do they go, where do you get them, and do they come with the exhaust when it is new?

Also where do you get anti-seize? Auto parts store or somewhere else?

they are copper rings that go on the junction from the cylinder head to the headpipe. you can get them at your local honda dealor. for getting the old ones out, use a pocket knife or small screwdriver to get it out.

anti-seize:::;;; get it at a auto parts store such as NAPA.

well i went to Kragen today and they had something called anti-seize but the guy wasn't sure if it was the right stuff. He said it was for threads on spark plugs but I bought some anywase. It comes in a little grey pouch and it is called anti-seize lubricant and it is made by permatex. Is this the right stuff or do I need to go to another auto parts store?
