anyone know where i can get a front and rear brake rebuild kit without going to the dealer?

Ebay. there on that place all the time for cheap.

Depending on whether you are rebuilding/replacing the pistons, I'm pretty sure OEM is the only way to go.

However even from the dealer, the seals and stuff are not that expensive.
