As long as its a stroker. Never tried a 460 stroker but I know a 440 stroker hauls some arse. regular 440 big bore is slow and a waste of money.

460 is awesome.

460 hands down. It's a 440 bore, stroked to a 460....MONSTER torque. Regular 440 bore is powerful, but not so much. Stroking and compression are the means to better power and keeping up with 450's. Bore size helps, but alone is not enough.

Stroker and high compression is the ticket for that ;)

Choose your stroker flavor:
- 440 (416 w/ +4mm stroke)
- 452 (416 w/ +7mm stroke)
- or 460 (440 w/ +4mm stroke)

Do you have to run race gas on these?

depends on what compression you get. 12:1 you run race gas and i would if you had 11:1.

But on a 11 to 1 with a stroker I think you may.

I would definitely run race gas on any of these setups if they are 11:1 or higher. You can get by with 93 but to me it's not worth it.

460 would be my guess.

That's not a bad deal and will build a pretty stout motor. All you need to do is complement it with a good cam. I would go with a Keihin FCR 40 or 41 on that setup personally.
