I think most people including me will say go with the Douglas over ITP. But i have heard that itpleak. I have never experienced this but just what o heard somwhere. I would go with Douglas over Itp. in my opinion.

the reason i ask is because chapparel has the tire/rim packages i want for a good price, and they have the 2:3 front offset that i'm looking for, but they only have ITP rims.

you can get douglas with a 2:3 offset. Thats what i have. I only had experience with douglas but from what i heard ITP are no good.

IMO douglas 109's are stronger than ITP 190's but not by much.
yes the ITP's do leak a little but they won't go flat during a race. THey leak when you don't ride for a week or so.

I had itps and they didn't leak at all. The leakin is due to the tire, I would say. Just my opinion
