intake spacer???????

has anyone tried it out? any gains or losses?? the spacer for the 400ex ///

i got bored the other day and hooked up my cold air intake and helix throttle body spacer from my old car i used to have- 2001 eclise gt- it bolted right up and it looked pretty cool!!!!!!! i put the helix on and rode around the yard - i put the reg. stuff back on it.....just suprised it fit like a glove!!!!!!!

I made a 1/4 inch intake spacer for mine and there was almost no difference

I used the spacer to help bring the 450r carb closer to the air box. I had a ported head and I think I may pull it back off and try to bore this thing out so I didn't mess up the bore on my head? It didn't seem to hurt anything putting it on though.
