how the heck do u take the stock header off a kfx without taking anything apart?

Your gonna have to remove the radiator to get the header off, unless you do what Cataway suggested :D

From my experience you don't have to take the radiator off.
Drain the coolant from the radiator and disconnect the thermostat hose at the head. Disconnect the radiator hose that goes to the waterpump.

Header will come out very easy if you do this - but that was my experience.

Yep, It's how mine came off.
