is anybody running a stock style aftermarket frame with a no link swingarm setup and has problems with the swingarm breaking motor mounts? and the shock keeps knocking the air boot off the carb. Yes i am running the lt500 boot.

Can you post a little more about your setup...

You have a stock link frame, but are using a no-link swingarm? Or, is your frame a no-link frame?

I assume that you're using the stock air box? If so, please give more specifics on how you're using it, e.g. location, adapters/extenders, etc.

its a stock LSR frame. and it has a roll design no link swingarm that is built to run with the stock setup frame. the airbox is stock, but it has been cut and slid back and sits higher then a regular box. I'm wondering if it is just a bad design, or if its just coincidence. im wondering if i just gained weight over the years and need to valve my shock stiffer cuz it bottoms all the way out, haha. it uses a cusom axis shock, i forget what length it is..

its been a few years since i have been runnin this old girl, i was on my 450 for a while, and now i just would rather ride my 250 since im not tryin to compete for top spots anymore.

Will that box fit on a stock frame? Is it setup to fit on larger carbs? If baker doesn't want it I may be interested.

yeah it will go with the OEM chassis i think as well... i dont see why not... I uses a 38 mm PWK on it and it was a awsome set up... i really liked that R.... im also doing some fabing now so if he buys it i might be able to make you a little something something... and be fairly reasonable about too... i take it you are looking for a closed intake... with a box around the filter

Yeah I am looking for something closed. I want something that fits my 38 better than the stock setup. I ride alot of trails that can get pretty wet in spots so I really don't think the air box eliminator kit would be a good choice for me.
