dont know if this is legitimate or not.
I have not contacted him.
I just thought it was kind of suspicious due to the asking price is pretty cheap, and there is no paperwork.
I dont even see any registration stickers.

Figured I'd toss it up on here, in case it was stolen, and someone here was looking for it.
the town of Westminster is not too far from my house.

OR, if it is not hot, and someone needs a parts bike,.. well there ya go...

I just noticed he has it double listed.
one listing says it's in Westminster, the other says it's in Huntington Beach.

I'd be real suspicious of it being a '03, in California, if it has no registration stickers, and make sure it has it's VIN numbers too.

might want to check it thru DMV or AAA auto club for the last person it was registered to. or local PD for possible stolen report. Be careful, and cautious.

If it IS legit.,
and you buy it to part it out,...
I may be interested in the red seat.

I know here in florida 03 was the first year they started having titles, so if its in cali im sure by 03 they had titles, so no paper work is not good.

Cali vs. Fl
titles are mandated differently, in different states.

Um...my 01 had a Texas Title.

Your state may not have titled ATV's but that doesn't mean other states didn't.

He should at least have a bill of sale.

Most used quads here in missouri dont have paper work on them. Hell my 08 dont have a title for the fact im not paying $600 worth of taxes **** that ****.

I dont ever plan on selling it anyway get it paid off just buy another.

Past 3 other quads I owned never had a title and 2 I know came from orignal owners.

As far as state to state Arkasnas you dont have to title bill of sale is all thats required.
