i have a question about the spark arrestor. why would they make a plate like that and have the exhaust come out the gills? it makes it run way hotter. i have a 155 main in the 400ex carb and choke removed, lid removed and k&n filter. it pops when you let off, but i think the spark arrestor makes it harder for the exhaust to escape. should i take off the palte? it totally blocks off the muffler hole and there is no screen. i think i need to rejet anyway to like a 160 cause i'm at like 80 feet above sea level.
