Steve Meade FTW! His Tahoe is sick. That Tahoe is the loudest non-plexi truck in comp. I'm in the process of building my box for 2 18" FI BTL's with 2 Hifonics amps. He's running 4 18" BTL's in that tahoe.

Steve Meade also just made and update on his Tahoe and is running a $20,000 dollar amp... :eek2: It's a Rockford Fosgate 15k amp. It's sick.

the BTL's are the shiit... Had a 12 in my jetta strapped to a autotek mm3000.1 gosh I miss that set up..

There are alot of people with louder but steves setup is badass.

Last summer a guy I think he was gay lol but he was in a S10 and was trying to show off his subs and it was crazy. His windows where flexing like plastic and then his back windo started to crack the sides and a few secs later his amps burned out. I sat inside and it didnt sound loud because it was all bass but it still hurt ears and felt so odd.

Ha I used to bass fish and would get huge ones in are pond and like back when I was 9 or 10 I caught a small sun fish and right after it got on a big bass bit on going after the sun fish! Got it out and then found a live sun fish in its mouth on the hook! Ha I got the pic I was only a foot taller than the kawai 300 4x4!

LOL omg that 2nd vid sounds the same as my friends. He has a $2000 system in back of his caviler and almost every time he turns it up the vibration literally gives me a panic attack lol

Steve's always had a nice setup. I used to spend entirely too much money in years past on systems, not so much anymore.

I live about 5 minutes from Steve Cook's shop. I was always amazed at how much goes into a competition van. 8 inch concrete doors, 5 inch glass, fiberglass everywhere...very time consuming and you don't even know if what you are doing will make you any louder:p I think his van weighed close to 20,000lbs whenever I was hanging out there.

Steve Meade's setup have always been ones that I admired.

the pop can trick is pretty cool. When I turn up my clarion 10' it just sounds like pennies in a tin can even with the dynomat! I don't know what these guys do to reduce vibrations!!
