Cant figure it out!!

Need some help. Got a 89 250r everything is great, but theres something i cant figure out... when im in 1st gear and will start to move I release the clutch and it feels like it slips I dont know ho to describe it rather than slipping, and it makes a noise. It only happens in 1st gear.

What do you guys think it might be?

prolly shucked the first gear, or lost a shift fork in the tranny. your gonna have to pull it down and check for your self.

Could also simply be your clutch cable needs adjusting.

could possibly be a worn dog gear or the opposing (receiving) side of first.
