Gas coming out of muffler

I need some help when I try to start the 02 lt80 there is gas coming out of the muffler where the muffler connect to the engine.It wont start but it does cranck over.I dont know anything about atvs so any help would be nice.

Sounds like no spark. You need to pull the plug and see.

I wonder if the motor got full of gas.
While the plug is out, spin the motor over and see if gas gushes out of the plug hole.
If so, spin till the fuel stops comming out, let dry and try again later with throttle wide open.
Let us know the reults.:)

I think I have fund the problem.Looks like the fuel hose and the vent hose on the carburetor were switch.

Took the spark plug out and it was wet.I clean the plug spun the motor and only a mist came out so keep doing it till it stop.Put the spark plug back in and it started and then died.Took plug back out and it was wey again.
