ok my cousin has an 05 450r with a yoshimura Tri-oval exhaust and the rivets that hold the end cap on keep coming out and it spits the packing out when it happens wat can he do to fix it, does it pay to call yoshimura? wat would they do?

Call yoshi they will will help you out. you might be able to put screws in the rivet holes instead.

Are they the original rivets or ones he put in after repacking? Either way Yoshi will do the service for you for pretty cheap.

he hasnt repacked it yet, the rivets were the original, he has had to replace them a few times, is it cuz it needs to be repacked that its doing it?

I have honestly never heard of this problem when they are the factory installed rivets. It's possible that the excess heat is causing this though. If there is no packing to absorb it I can see it happening.
