it is not too bad you will have about 1.5 hrs in it when you are done. http://www.exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=390612&highlight=bearing

ok thanks. um i ordered a brand new axle bearing for 50 from a dealer... i am scared now.. do the carrier and the bearings come all as one or do you need to buy the bearings seperate? .....

from the factory i am not sure but i would say that they are seperate. you can get a set of bearings from denniskirk or something for like 50 bucks. there are 2 bearings and seals to do one stock carrier. if you pay less than 30 bucks you did not get the whole set but if you got a kit from a dealer they should have gotten the right stuff for you to do it. if you put the bearings in the freezer before you do them they fall right in with little friction cause they are smaller when cold. steve

it should be if it has the seals. It will not be too bad for you to do yourself. good luck, steve
