what wires do i need to conect to start in gear on my 06

It won't start when its in gear and you pull the clutch?

when i was rebuilding it i never coneected the wires becouse there is a saftey mechansim on the electric start quad since there a new lever on it it doesnt connect the circuit

its the two wires that come out of the stock clutch perch.

even if you cut them you should still be able to find the wires. One should be green that goes to ground and the other should be green/red. They will both go back to the plug connecting the front and rear wire harnesses, you should be able to find them between the perch and the plug.

^^^^ thanks man i just connected them i ran over my foot as i forgot to pull in the clutch and it started lol thanks again
