The pic is kinda small to see. What exactly is wrong?

lol... click on it twice... u can even use the magnify glass and make it bigger then you computer screen

Just pull up on the cam chain and rotate the motor around so the chain falls into the gear teeth.

You putting in a cam?

give it a good yank and see what happens or you have to drop the bottom sprocket to get the bottom of the chain down and away from the top part. it must have jammed in when you trying to adjust the timing to tdc before putting it together or what? steve

i actually bought the motor like this... it doesn't want to rotate at all... I hope I don't have to cut it...

Take the clutch apart and get the sprocket out from in back of the basket. you should be able to get it out no matter how stuck it is. steve

ha o snap that sucks. this happened on my friends street bike when we were re building it... we just turned the crank till it loosened up
