can anyone tell me the difference between the 86&87 compared to the 88 & 89 oem caliper assembly they have different oem part numbers

I dont know, but try looking at the microfisch views on honda of troy site to see if you can see a differance.:)

i went through this lastyear. the only difference that i could find is that the 86-87 one is gray in color and the 88-89 is black. also the 89 one is less expensive than the 86 one. i actually have an extra brand new 89 rear caliper siting in the box never used. it came off of backorder last week but i had already got one somewhere else in the meantime. ill sell it for 185+10 shipping. let me know.....mxracer111@aol.com
