Registering an atv?

In Massachusetts what do I need to register my quad? And do I pay sales tax on the amount I bought the quad for or the retail value?

Any help appreciated.

Not a 100% on this, but im pretty sure all you need is proof of ownership and the vin. And i dont think you pay salsetax on it, its been a few years since i registered a quad though so i may be wrong.
