Ok I just picked up a 86 250r without a swingarm for $1000, I bought a swingarm and just put it on and installed the lonestar billet carrier. I didn't take this thing apart so honestly i'm lost, i've done axles on raptors before but thats about it. I have the axle with the lonestar sprocket hub on it and slid it into the carrier then tapped it in with a hammer. it feels like the axle is all the way in but the sprocket is not lined up with the front sprocket and the hub doesn't look like its in the carrier enough. Also I don't have a c clip to put on under the axle nut, does a 250r use this set up? Should I upgrade to an anti-fade?? I really don't have that kind of money just sitting around.. I'm not sure what to do, if anyone has any pictures for me to see that would be great. Any help or advice would be appreciated

Thanks,
Pat

i had to press the sprocket hub on. i also had to tap the hub into the seal with a rubber mallot. i would definitly get the anti-fade.
