I'm looking for a torsion spring that is stiffer than a 1500 koso and softer than a 2000 koso if available. Thanks

I believe the 2000 ZTR would be what your looking for. Call Marc at Hot quads, he seems to have a grasp on the spring tentions.

The 1500 ZTR is stiffer than the 1500 KOSO.

Adjust the roller weight to the rear torque spring..

I don't understand the rpm rating on these springs. I mean thwe stall is usually around 5-6000 so why call em 1500, 2000, etc?

I use 1 spring for all applications and it's rated at 80 pounds compressed to 1".

If I was to change the #of spring, I'd change roller weight accordingly.

I dont get that either on how they are rated. I tried 1000-2000 torque springs and ended up going back to the stock spring. I Have a brand new ZTR 1000 stall spring if anyone is interested.
