Ring Compressor

Going to be needing a good ring compressor here soon. What is a good one to use for atv's or where is a good place to get one.

I have seen them at car quest and you can probably get them at most car places. just make sure it will work with a 85mm to a 90mm and you should be set. the biggest oversize readily available is the 89mm so you should never even need a 90mm unless you are going to re-ring a 89mm. I am not sure of a good brand though, i am sure that any would be halfway decent. steve

I had bought one thinkin that it would work but it didnt so I ended up using my fingers and just push them in, takes alittle elbow grease but with an extra person it aint bad at all.

i use a hose clamp, just make sure you lube the piston with oil and dont over tighten the clamp, sometimes you have to use two clamps to do a piston.
