Did i screw myself over?

Well i just got home form the dealer and took my 09 ds 450 x mx out for a ride and i have clutch squeal. So now what my dealer is closed for the day... I didnt think i needed the update since it is an 09. Also i am in the racer program no warranty on it... let me hear what you think?

This is not a warranty issue, it is an update. The clutch squeal isn't necessarily anything to worry about. Mine has been doing the squeal since I got it. I just got the update done this week.
I am an Xteam rider and they took care of it. The no warranty thing isn't set in stone.
