dont buy it !!!! I bought one off of ebay and started out being really impressed all the pieces fit perfect. But it welded on like crap. At first I though my welded was screwed up to I tried welding other parts with no issues at all. I dont know if they used some cheap metal to cut there gussets out of or what but I could not get a clean bead. I was tig welding it maybe mig would work better for that kit.

I haven't made up my mind about the Traxx products yet. Some of them just don't look to be very strong (dual sprocket guard to be exact). I've never seen their gusset kit first hand.

Nate is really reasonable, give him a call, 515-480-3196 he will definitely work a deal on numerous purchases, his gussett kit is like 100 installed if you send the frame, he does awesome welds.

Thanks! Iam working on some changes to the rotor guard. After testing we found area's that could be better. The rotor guards will be out soon.I have had the gusset kit out now for 3 years and have had no problems with welding, customers have sent me pictures of the kits TIG welded in and look great! The sprocket guards have worked great, the two-piece rings are the Sport-series, and now I will have the one-piece Pro-series.The Pro rings are stronger in a side impact but you will have to remove the axle to install. The pro kit uses the same ss bolt and spacer kit. I have four top A XC riders using the Sport kits with great luck.I do have Sport kit in stainless but after testing we found the stainless is a little stronger but way harder to bent back if you do bend a ring. The powder coat holds up very well on the parts. Thanks Nate
