Z-400 Water pump leak Help!!!!

I have a 2004 Z-400 and I am experiencing the famous water pump drip. I have replaced the mechanical seal as well as all of the other seals. It still leaks just as bad. I noticed some small grooves in the impeller shaft. Should I buy an aftermarket impeller or just by a new complete OEM waterpump? Anyone know where I can get a waterpump shipped next day if I go that route? Dennis kirk has a new impeller i can get next day shipping but not sure if that will fix it. Please help.

I recently had the same problem w/my 2004 Z400. Look on the microfiche under water pump and I changed these 3 things (microfiche # in par.):

(3) mechanical seal
(5) bearing
(9) o ring

Good luck, this fix was a pain in the neck!
