Need parts to put lights back on, and how to

Well the lights were removed from my 88 R before I got it. I want to get some lights back on it. None of the wires are there. The only wiring on my bike is the wires coming from the stator, 1 isn't plugged in to anything. Then from the stator to the cdi, coil, and 2 wires from my kill switch. Do I need a new harness? I really don't want the stock light switch and would just put in a toggle switch somewhere. I know that there is supposed to be some kind of voltage regulator, but not sure exactly what it is or where it goes. I will probably just put in a pair of small lights that mount on the frame somewhere under the fenders. I wouldn't mind a tail light, but not necessary, mostly just headlights. If you know what I need to get this setup let me know.

Do you have a service manual ? If you dont but know how to read a wiring diagram, I can take a pic of the schematics and post it here for you. It should give you a baseline of what wires to use and what new wires ya need to make.
