Fuel dumping from drain line

'07 carb -- fuel pours from carb drain line whether or not drain screw is in or out. We've checked the float and it seems to be functioning properly. Other than wigglin' the float around, I don't know any other diagnosis, and can't think of any other reason for the fuel to be dumping. What am I missing.

the only place gas comes in is through the needle and seat so there is were I would look.!!!!

i had the same problem with my 400ex, after cleaning the carborator out, it worked fine i dunno how it made that big of a difference, it looked clean before i cleaned it.

i bet the float is sticking and causing the carborator to fill with gas and leak out
