ceramic bearings???

i heard that ceramic engine bearings will free up about 5hp if i use them for my entire engine.

ha,i dont know if youll free up that much. but they will run you about 750 for a set to complete all the engines bearings. DRG sells them.

i race go karts and my engine builder called me one day and asked if i would be interested in having them put in my motor i asked what the advantages were he said it would free up the motor a lot and give a lil power gain so i asked how much of a power gain he said it would be about a 1/10th of hp and it was gonna cost 250 to them put in and about 300 for the bearing so i turned it down but i could be a little different on these things
